Our Client Handbook is a helpful guide for CareWorks clients and family members. It explains what to expect when starting care and how services are coordinated. Additionally, it goes over caregiver duties, caregiver matching and how to keep your favorite caregiver. We even cover scheduling guidelines, billing and payment info, long-term care insurance, safety tips, client rights, and important CareWorks policies.
